The founders of Baud Solutions have more than 70 years of combined experience providing enterprise grade Information Technology solutions to companies of all sizes.  Our experienced and well trained staff will design and implement solutions that "make sense."  We apply best practices but do so in a way that is tailored to your environment.     

Nathon Sweetman, COO

As the Chief Operations Officer and Virtual CTO, Nathon sets the technical vision and architectural direction for our clients.  A proud veteran of the United States Marine Corp with more than two decades of Information Technology experience, Nathon is focused on providing cost efficient and effective technology solutions based on proven framework.  Nathon prides himself in creating customized solutions that meet client goals, rather than shoehorning them into one-size-fits-all solutions.   

Brandon Washington, CIO

Brandon began his career in Information Technology at Peoplesoft in 1993, after being honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corp. He brings over 25 years of IT experience spanning healthcare, engineering, insurance, property management, public relations, software and technology industries.  A Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Phoenix, Brandon acts as our client’s Virtual CIO and manages relationships, policy and practice development, planning, budgeting, resourcing as-well-as the day-to-day operations.  

Matthew Ausmus, CISO

Matt's career began in accounting working as a Finance Director for several technology startups.  In 1995, he had the opportunity to focus entirely on technology.  This focus expanded into designing wide area network providing connection between corporate offices spanning multiple states and centralizing data services.  Matt’s designs, whether LAN, WAN or wireless have been developed using the best in class hardware and utilizing industry standard protocols.  As CISO, Matt’s responsibilities include developing, implementing and maintaining processes to reduce information technology risks.
